Description:
The text box text centering isn't working (as expected)
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Create a text box.
2. Turn off auto sizing.
3. Type some words in the text area.
4. Select center align for the paragraph.
Actual Results:
The text remains left aligned. Then, typing some more text, to have more lines,
aligns the text centered, but according to the widest line, not according to
the wrapper text box.
Expected Results:
When choosing centered text, it should be centered in the text area.
