However, for me Draw doesn't display a wrong date, it just displays some random number, which seems to be some kind of serial date (2011-10-15 16:00:00 becomes 40831,67, if that helps). I have found a workaround, perhaps this also helps track down the bug: double-click the diagram in Calc, secondary-click the x-axis, select "Format axis..." (I don't know if this is the correct label in the English locale, it's "Achse formatieren..." in German), then uncheck "Source format" ("Quellenformat") in the dialog that pops up.
