When Calc is started in unmaximized state, the buttons of the tabbed user
interface are not displayed, as shown in the attachment. Instead, an empty
ribbon appears. The tabbed user interface is displayed correctly only after the
Calc window is maximized. The issue does not appear when Calc is started in
maximized state.
