Thank you, K. I assume you are on Windows. If that's the case, I am pretty
confident this is a duplicate of bug 148647.
Please see the comments there, especially comment 10. It might be related to
opening another app while working on the document.
Feel free to set back to unconfirmed if you think it's not the same issue.
