          Hardware: x86-64 (AMD64)
                OS: Windows (All)

Description:
I set a bullet / ordered list and also some tab / tabs on same paragraph.

When I increase indent on the bullet (pressing TAB right after bullet, or using
Increase Indent), the bullet is indented (as expected), but the tabs on
paragraph are also indented.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. press "toggle unordered list" / "toggle ordered list"
2. type something
3. add a tab (using the ruler)
4. increse indent

Actual Results:
The list in indented but the tab also moves.

Expected Results:
The list should be indented, but not the tab (I know you might hate it, but MS
Word works that way)

Reproducible: Always
