I displayed the Edit Points toolbar by going to View>Toolbars>Edit Points.
After selecting a curve and going into points editing mode, I clicked off the
curve and the Edit Points toolbar disappeared.
While it is normal for the toolbar to appear and disappear with the selection
and deselection of a curve when in points editing mode, I did not expect the
toolbar to disappear after opening it by going to View>Toolbars>Edit Points.
