Bug ID: 154937
Summary: The strings "Print from top" and "Print from bottom"
are confusing
Product: LibreOffice
Version: unspecified
Hardware: All
OS: All
Status: UNCONFIRMED
Severity: minor
Priority: medium
Component: UI
Assignee: [email protected]
Reporter: [email protected]
Description:
On the "envprinterpage" dialog, there are options called "Print from top" and
"Print from bottom". The related extended tips are
"Feeds the envelope with the print side face up in the printer tray." and
"Feeds the envelope with the print side face down in the printer tray.",
respectively.
"From top" would usually mean "starting from the uppermost part" while "from
bottom" would usually mean "starting from the lowermost part". Using "from
top" and "from bottom" to mean choosing the front side or the back side of an
envelope is somewhat confusing.
