LO can't open attachment 133912
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Try open attachment 133912
2. You will see only an error "General input/output problem"
Actual Results:
Lo can't open PDf file with "General input/output problem"
Expected Results:
Lo opens PDf file with "General input/output problem"
Reproducible: Always
