When using the "format pencil" on a text-box which contains a bullet list,
applying the format adds additional bullets to an existing bullet list.
Steps to reproduce:
1. Select the textbox which will serve as the source for formatting
2. Press the "format pencil" button in the toolbar
3. Click on another textbox where the layout of the first box should be applied
