Currently for QA we refer folks to Wiki https://wiki.documentfoundation.org/UserProfile#Default_locations https://wiki.documentfoundation.org/UserProfile#Resolving_corruption and in https://wiki.documentfoundation.org/QA/FirstSteps we cover the Skia.log as recorded to the <User profile>/cache.
