This issue is happening on Patreon's blog editor when in edit mode. When the
user saves the text, the spaces are not present until it is modified. However,
I also found that the spaces do disappear when the following happens from
LibreOffice to an HTML Rich Text Editor form
1. Create a bullet list.
2. Select the entire bullet list.
3. Right-click and select 'Clear Direct Formatting
4. Select 'Paste Special -->Unformatted Text
5. Right-click again and select List -->No List
6. Right-click to Copy
7. Navigate to the post like Patreon and paste. The tabs do not appear.
