When using a Theme with a distinctive element (e.g.
https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/libreoffice-4-green/) it can be
observed that the Header is loaded twice (ONLY in Math): On the menu bar (as
expected) but also as the background for second row of Toolbars (instead of
expanding the pattern as it does for all other modules)
Resizing the Window causes the bottom toolbar to redraw and work as expected...
