Steps to Reproduce:
Prerequisite: Set the LibreOffice color and icons to Automatic/System Theme
from "Tools > Application Colors > "Scheme: Automatic" / "Automatic: System
Theme". Your LibreOffice should be in synchronized with the system (OS) color
settings.
Then:
1. Open LibreOffice with Linux gtk3 ui or in Windows
2. Open "Tools > Macros > Edit Macros"
3. Right click on the tab bar on the bottom of the screen, select "Insert BASIC
Dialog"
4. Right click on the "Toolbox" toolbar on the bottom, uncheck "Lock toolbar
position" by clicking on this context menu option
5. Right click on the "Toolbox" toolbar again, select "Undock Toolbar".
6. Resize the toolbar to have a different layout of the toolbar
7. Go to GNOME "Setting" > "Appearance", and switch between "Light" and "Dark".
On Windows, one should go to "Settings" > "Personalization" > "Colors" >
"Choose your color".
The goal would be creating something like this:
