template with nice input fields
Problem description: The input field shows "input field" instead of the
content.
Steps to reproduce:
1. open file
2. fill in dialog
3. nothing changes even the page numbers show as "page numbers"
Current behavior:
The input field are not working
Expected behavior:
That the content is shown instead of the function
Operating System: openSUSE
