1. Set Default Printer to "Last Printer Used" in System Preferences > Printers
& Scanners.
2. Start LibreOffice.
3. In the LibreOffice Print... dialog change the printer and print.
3. Open Print... dialog again.
The original printer remains selected.
LibreOffice also fails to recognize printer changes made in other apps unless
it is restarted.
