Problem description: since I have instaled LibreOffice 4.0.X the savescreen
frezes and I can't save a file so LibreOffice is useles
Steps to reproduce:
1. make a document in writer or spreatsheet
2. Try to save the file
3. ....
Current behavior: the screen freezes and you can't save the file
Expected behavior: normal saveing and no Freezing.
This only happens on my Windows 8 PC and also with OpenOffice 3.4.1
