Bug ID: 155217
Summary: Scrolling to the desired row finishes far beyond the
desired row.
Product: LibreOffice
Version: 7.5.2.2 release
Hardware: All
OS: All
Status: UNCONFIRMED
Severity: normal
Priority: medium
Component: Calc
Assignee: [email protected]
Reporter: [email protected]
Version: 7.5.2.2 (X86_64) / LibreOffice Community
Build ID: 53bb9681a964705cf672590721dbc85eb4d0c3a2
CPU threads: 4; OS: Linux 5.15; UI render: default; VCL: gtk3
Locale: en-US (en_US.UTF-8); UI: en-US
Calc: threaded
Expected behavior: Working with Calc, to scroll to a certain line I press
Up/Down arrow keys or PageUp/Pagedown keys. Scrolling to the desired row takes
time, so I keep the key pressed. When I release the key, scrolling stops.
Actual behavior: When I release the key nearing the desired row, scrolling goes
on and continues for quite a lot of time. If I wanted to scroll from row 1200
to 800, the scrolling may go on until I arrive at row 1. If I then press
PageDown to go to the row 800, it will start scrolling and stop only whey I
arrive at the row 2400. I think too many commands are put into the execution
cue, so it is difficult to go to the desired row.
