Description:
Upgraded and now scrolling in multi-page Writer documents is laggy, i.e. the
visualization is jerky/not smooth. Same result in dark and light mode. This
behavior is more pronounced with more text and with track changes enabled and
with comments.

Additional Info:
In safe mode the problem was less severe but still laggy. Maybe this is as good
as it gets.
