1. Open attachment (Created with AOOo 4-dev) from HDD via LibO Start center

Expected: looks as in screenshot in document
Actual: no formatting at all.
The bad news: Formatting will be damaged even by simple saving from LibO
without any edits.
Already reproducible with LibO 3.3.3, probably never worked.
Works fine with AOOo 3.4.0, but already reproducible with LibO 3.1.1., so
