That's on the Start Center, not in Calc itself. But yes, the characters that
are underlined ("O" for Open, "R" for Recent Documents, "W"riter, "C"alc...)
are only working with [ALT], not by themselves. They used to work directly, but
since LO 7.4 the focus is on the files (shown at the center of the Start
Center), not on the different actions on the right side nor on the menu.

Even when pressing [TAB], it is not clear where exactly the focus is pointing
to. In 7.6.alpha, after several (more than 10) [TAB]s, at some point the focus
is seen on the Filter field; that's the first indication that [TAB] is actually
doing something.

In LO 7.4, pressing [TAB] seems to be jumping to different alternative actions,
yet the shortcut letters by themselves do nothing. Whether this (regression) is
intentional, I do not know.
