You have said in your report description:
"User Profile Reset: No"

You can try to reset user profile in order to see if the problem is from your
local computer or not: Go to Help - Restart in Safe Mode - Restart - check
"Reset to factory settings" and the two settings from there - "Apply changes
and Restart". Now, see if your problem is solved, and come back here with some
feedback. Thanks.
