The Inspiron has mixed iGPU and dGPU, we've seen issues when one or the other
gets stuck. The default is to test graphics using Skia Vulkan rendering, and
if needed to fall back to Skia raster based "software" rendering.
If the GPUs are denylisted, or if the profile includes the setting of the
rendering mode to Skia raster that is a data point we'd need.
If you can get it to run in Skia Vulkan, we'll need the Help -> About
LibreOffice content, but also the skia.log from the profile directory.
