FTR: I tested this scenario ('msiexec /i
D:\Downloads\LibreOffice_7.5.3_Win_x86-64.msi /quiet' command line using a
non-elevated command prompt) with 7.2.6, and it (expectedly) failed, with the
same error 10005 in event log.
