My initial submission includes a file demonstrating the problem, step-by-step instructions, the expected behavior, and what happens instead of the expected behavior. The implication of your statement, "If I start from scratch, then I don't see the bug" is that if we users encounter a problem like this in an existing document, that we have to re-type the entire document afresh, which is ludicrous! One additional thing, probably a separate bug, is that "Undo" does not undo the "Promotion".
