Switch to Web Layout and start typing (or copy/pasting) non-latin characters
(Cyrillic in my case). Position of the cursor calculated incorrectly and cursor
moves far and far ahead of text as you are typing.
It's only observed in Web Layout.
3.x doesn't have this problem.
