Description:
Word documents I receive regularly do not display correctly - they are
illegible as most of the text is replaced with random squiggles and letters.
Sometimes (but not always) the text appears if you print the document.
Sometimes (but not always) the text appears if you convert to PDF.
Steps to Reproduce:
1.Open Word attachment
2.Look at it on the screen
3.

1. Open Word document
2. Look at it on the screen
Expected Results:
Unable to see the text in the document
Reproducible: Always
