It seems to be following around since 2013 and sometimes is present, sometimes not. I don't know if the issue is on Libre Office or Plasma side, but since the bug doesn't exists with flatpack or snap version, it has to be Plasma or Arch packaging issue. Also, the bug seems to be pretty important. Working with Libre Office and clipboard is VERY BASIC and destroys any fluent work, because either we must copy into other text editors or paste with formatting and then clean the formatting afterwards. So or so, it adds A LOT OF ADDITIONAL WORK. This bug alone makes Libre Office barely functional for professional usage. Since flatpack and snap versions have no access to menu, I can't personalize them and thus are useless for me. I'm stuck with this bug and I just can't stand it anymore. It's like someone was throwing roadblocks all the time when you work. I would immediately switch to Microsoft Office if I had the possibility.
