Attached an enlarge screen shots of the {Don't save, cancel, save} Save
document? windows. In my opinion, the different look of the 3 buttons {Don't
save, cancel, save}, when one of them is selected, compared to the 2 other not
selected buttons, should be much more visually obvious. There should be greater
visual impact for the selected button, compared to the current thin extra
rectangle. I find it problematic for regular, particularly new, users. As well
as an accessibility issue.
