Description:
after the ignorance the changes we had are totally ignored and changes are not
appearing
Steps to Reproduce:
1.change file with external tool
2.kdevelop detect changes
3.reload the file
Actual Results:
changes are ignoerd totally
Expected Results:
chnages will not be ignored
