It's almost like a subset of a font which contains a lot of emoji; and if not that - a folder of monochromatic, vectorized clipart. ... oh, that's right - it's extremely similar to what we have under Insert | Media | Gallery | Icons. Wouldn't it make more sense as a subfolder of Icons which the template uses?
