Demonstration for described error
Open Libre Office Write and insert a table, insert a formular (e.g. <C3>*<D3>)
into any cell, change format from "Standart" into "-1.234,56", and push "OK".
Everything seem to be fine. But I you save the document in .docx and reopen it
and go to C3 the format "-1.234,56" ist lost. If you view the format it shows
"Standard" again.
