Color selecting action opens Line dialog instead just color changing for
selected shape
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open Writer
2. Draw any shape
3. With selected shape open Sidebar's Line section
4. try change color for the shape: open color palette and click on any color ->
it opens Line dialog in background instead direct color changing for shape
Actual Results:
Action opens Line dialog instead direct color changing for shape
Expected Results:
Action does direct color changing for shape
