With the introduction of tdf#38742 LibreOffice now has ability to pin any
document but perhaps some type of file like in temporary folder/directory like
/tmp should be blocked from pinned.
I am not sure the file on network location should be threated the same or not,
but if the network connection lost, opening pinned network located file at
least should give an error message.
