Hello,
When trying to hide the numbering of a chapter level (here the first one) by
selecting in Tools-> Chapter numbering -> show sublevels = 0, the numbering of
this chapter level disappears but after saving and reopening the document the
numbering is back.
I replicated this on the last Linux Mint which run LibreOffice 7.3.7.2 but also
on Fedora 38 that run LO 7.5.3.2
