Description:
Slow scrolling, utilizing a CPU core to max

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open the attached file (resave of attachment 167497 without redline)
2. Open a process monitor tool (like task manager)
3. Scroll up down using the scroll wheel (or press and hold page down for say
10 seconds. And see on which page LibreOffice stops)

Slow and utilizing a core to max

Actual Results:
Slow scrolling/high CPU usage (modern hardware is likely a bit faster, so less
laggy)

Expected Results:
Fast like say LibreOffice 4.4.7.2
