I go to Tools>Options>LibreOffice Draw>General.
Units of measurement is set to Inch. I change Drawing scale to 1:12 and click
OK.
What used to be a 2" line in the document now shows as a 24.00" line in the
Position and Size area of the Properties deck of the Sidebar.
However, the settings in the horizontal and vertical rulers have not changed.
If I go to View and close Rulers and, then, go to View again and open Rulers,
the rulers are updated to the new settings.
Ruler settings are also updated if Draw is closed and re-opened.
