Description:
Freezing a cell doesn't get into the action stack.
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Select some cells
2. View > Freeze row
3. Click undo (Ctrl + Z)
Actual Results:
Undo's the last action
Expected Results:
Undo's the freezing action
Reproducible: Always
User Profile Reset: No
