I would like to be able to move, or cut and paste, a bunch of disjoint cells
upwards or downwards. LO Calc should let me do that; but about cutting, it
says: "This function cannot be used with multiple selections." ; and dragging
just doesn't work. I believe that it should, with some reasonable semantics.
