Sometimes nothing happens, sometimes no icon is shown, otherwise it cannot be dismissed, the dialog goes into the background when moving over an item in the start center showing a tooltip etc. Expected behavior is to just show the icon when updates are available. Clicking on it shows the update dialog and hides the icon. If the updater is run from Help > Check for updates the icon should not be shown.
