* Both « . » (digit side and letters side) gave me the same key.
* Writer and other applications always give me « . » (before and currently). No
change.
I thought about something: I use a special layout. It may be linked. Here are
my X11 options:
Option "XkbLayout" "fr"
Option "XkbVariant" "oss"
Option "XkbOptions" "compose:rwin,compose:lwin"
(the keyboard is physically usual)
