"QA:needsComment" is not for the original reporter to reply. It is a way to
trigger comments from other participants.

Someone from the QA Team might evaluate (at some point) whether this report
should be related to some [META] report, in which case the [META] report will
be listed in the "Blocks" field of this bug report.

For this bug report to be reproduced, someone with a similar context would have
to attempt the steps posted in the original description (i.e. comment 0).

I will manually add "QA:needsComment" again, but I'm not sure it will remain as
such. In any case, the next comment will automatically trigger its removal.
