OP provided examples of *correct* cases when the previous line does not end a
sentence, and the next one is expected to start with a capital. Heiko (comment
3) provided an opposite example, mentioning a *different* locale.

The question is: if it is reasonable to make this function locale-specific.
Because if it is really such, then extension-based approach is wrong, because
LibreOffice is simply wrong, not honoring locale-specific rules that we could
add into it, like we add many others (cf. French rules for punctuation, or
locale-specific figure quotes).

Or - if it's not that locale-specific, then what are the reasons for the
current behavior, and what is the ratio of users expecting one vs. the other.
An option (autocorrect option->options) could be a good thing, or we may need
to consider to change to the opposite behavior.
