**SmartSketch, from Intergraph Corp. difficult to get.

 Also, about snapping to a point, I'm not sure I understand it. An

**Example: draw a circle centred at the intersection of 2 lines. Or at vertex
of a triangle, then copy it to the other. Generally, a figure is made of parts
snapped to one another.
