> 3. Menu -> Styles -> Bulleted list
> 4. Menu -> Styles -> Numbered list
> 5. CTRL+Z
> 6. CTRL+Z
> 7. CTRL+Z (another one in the list... should be there)
> 7. CTRL+Y
> 8. CTRL+Y
> 9. CTRL+Y

Reproduced as above in recent master build:

Version: 24.2.0.0.alpha0+ (X86_64) / LibreOffice Community
Build ID: 9fc0b2b9b96d87eb642a3b29e9dcb5d6273265eb
CPU threads: 8; OS: Linux 5.15; UI render: default; VCL: gtk3
Locale: en-AU (en_AU.UTF-8); UI: en-US
Calc: threaded

The oldest action in the history (undone at step 7) is "Create numbering style:
Bullet •". Such an action is not recorded when e.g. the list style "Numbering
123" is applied.
