On Linux we support PDF and PostScript as print job formats, but PostScript
support is bitrot and is nit being kept up to date with font tech advancements
(it does not support variable or color fonts, for instance) and the code
complicates font handling on Linux a great deal.
In 7.6 ability to select PostScript as print format have been removed from UI.
In next release we should remove it completely.
