The List of LibreOffice ODF Extensions [1] has to contain all cases where
LibreOffice uses an implementer dependent namespace.
The commit aa5c6d12 [2] introduced a loext:num-list-format. But [1] has no
entry for it.
Even when the attribute is included in ODF 1.4 [3], it needs to be listed in
[1].
