i have tested in version 7.5, by default in french date is in lower case. I
don't know when they solved it but either a report was done before this one, in
which case it should be mentioned at duplicate. Or the fix should have been
mentioned here.

I tested the NatNum12 option, it's good. Now in any language the date fields
can be set as lower case.
