This is resolved by ca90149fa3f7c8161393490d4c0149c1cbcc3c28 for bug 155920. The fix is in 24.2, but hasn't been cherrypicked for 7.6 nor 7.5. Daniel, looks like the regression had more symptoms, not only affecting dual screens.
