Description:
When a cell has a bottom border and is displayed in the first line of a page
(after the first one), it looks as if it has two borders (bottom and top), but
if you move the table, you can see that it was not like this

Steps to Reproduce:
1. add a lower border to a cell
2. view it at the first line of a page (move it or create one)
3. the cell seems to have lower and upper border

Actual Results:
the display of borders at the top of the second page doesn't match with the
real border of the table

Expected Results:
real display of borders
