I can reproduce by using "find all", "find previous", "find next" or "replace"
on by one, as these actions with create a text selection. But not when using
"replace all".

This is a duplicate of bug 139164: there are quite a few cases where a
selection is made, sometimes as a side-effect of another action, and therefore
the automatic print or PDF export of the selection is unexpected.
